Visa Requirements 

  1. 2 x Passport size photos

  2. Invitation letter from Zambia

  3. Return air ticket or copy of car registration papers

  4. Valid passport

  5. Visa forms in duplicate

Payment: 

All Nationals:

  • R570 – Single

  • R910 – Double or Multiple

 

 

Please Note: Consular Section is Open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00.  A charge of R120 per document is levied for authentication.
